Excellent Company
I have worked at B & B Wholesale Metals for a year and a half. And throughout my experience with our company, I have seen Mark go above and beyond to make sure that every customer is satisfied. With customer service being our number one goal, I advised Steven to have all of the measurements verified with his roofer as the takeoff was formulated from a Truss Plan. The original takeoff was completed on August 13th; however his truss plans were not finalized until August 26th. After reviewing the takeoff, panel cut list & layout, and the estimate on 3 separate occasions; I advised him that the measurements needed to be field verified, in case anything had changed during the building process. In November Steven said that he wanted to get the panels ordered and picked up as soon as possible so that he could make use of the crane he rented for his trusses to put the panels on the roof as well. After reviewing all of the panel cut lists, layout and estimate; Steven signed all of the documents stating that it was correct and to proceed with the order. –All of these documents have been posted. I have never been one to “save myself from my mistake”. Making mistakes is a part of human nature. However, in this case I used all of the information that the customer provided to produce his cut list.

Buyer beware
These people are the worst ever I spent $4000 with them for a new roofing material and they cut up my metal in correctly based on the plans they promised to fix this and make it right and then they called me a liar instead and said that my house was not built according to the plans buyer beware I would not use them
